Turning towards a Culture of Health

The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation has been committed to improving health and health equity for everyone in America for over 50 years. With that deep experience, they understand that good health doesn’t just depend on hospitals and clinics — it relies on where we live, learn, work and play. It relies on a nationwide Culture of Health. And that’s an idea that requires a completely new approach to health and health equity, for the whole field.

The power of guiding principles

To lead this change nationally, the Foundation needs to live it internally — which led them to ask for our support in revising their guiding principles. Perennial ran a collaborative process that engaged every member of the Foundation’s staff, with the Foundation’s board shaping the final product.

The power of we

With this renewed vision, Perennial partnered with the creative teams at Olio and Schwartz Powell to roll out the new guiding principles to all staff, re-connecting employees to their shared core values, and re-energizing them around their biggest idea yet.
