Coming together to keep kids safe in school

UNICEF sought to convene 11 international organizations — UN agencies, donors, governments, civil society organizations and major education partnerships —  to co-envision solutions, priorities and a roadmap to ensure that every school child in the world is safe in school.

Perennial partnered with the End Violence Partnership to drive a collaborative process that combined co-creative consultations and in-person facilitation to define and articulate a plan towards that audacious vision.

“Perennial helped us see the big possibility behind our collaboration to keep kids safe in school – and how to make it real.  So often complex partnerships become mired in process and politics.  The Perennial team’s creativity and focus helped us leap-frog those obstacles and land a roadmap that was both achievable and inspiring.”
